1.Who is responsible for your data?
This website is operated by GS Aluminium Ltd, company ID (EIK) 206428725, VAT no. 2.What data do we process?
We only process the data you choose to send us, plus the data needed to run the website and keep it secure:
- Via the quote form: your name, phone number, town or village, the services and details you selected, and optionally the type of property, email address, message, timescale, photos and a convenient time for a call.
- Via the callback form: your name, phone number and a convenient time.
- Via the contact form: your name, phone number, optionally your email address, and your message.
- When you call us, email us or message us on Viber or WhatsApp: the information you share.
- Technical data needed to operate and protect the forms, such as your IP address and browser information, including security signals processed by Cloudflare Turnstile.
You are not obliged to send us any data. The required fields are needed so that we can reply to your enquiry. You can also simply call us.
3.What do we use it for?
- To reply to your enquiry, call you and prepare a quote.
- To send you an automatic confirmation, if you have given us your email address.
- To prepare, schedule and carry out an order.
- To protect the website and forms against abuse and spam.
- To meet our legal obligations, for example in accounting.
We do not sell your data and we do not send you advertising.
4.On what legal basis?
- Steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Compliance with a legal obligation, for example accounting (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
- Our legitimate interest in protecting the website from abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
5.Who receives the data?
Your data is used only by our team. To run the website we use trusted providers that process data on our behalf: hosting (Vercel), email delivery (Resend) and form protection (Cloudflare). Some of them may process data outside the EU, subject to appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
6.How long do we keep it?
Enquiries that do not lead to an order are kept for up to 12 months. Order data is kept for as long as needed to fulfil the order and for as long as the law requires, for example for accounting purposes.
7.Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Visitor statistics are collected without cookies and without identifying you.
8.Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Write to us at gs.aluminium21@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (www.cpdp.bg).
