What the price depends on
Every structure is made to measure, so there is no price per square metre. These are the things that set it:
Size and shape
Area, height and whether the structure is rectangular or has corners and slopes.
Type of system
Winter garden, veranda, pergola or carport: each has a different structure.
Roof
Glass, polycarbonate, panels or rotating louvres.
Side closure
Open, with sliding glass, with ZIP screens or a combination.
Colour and profile
Standard colours are anthracite, black and white; other colours and wood effect on request.
The site
Base, access, floor level and whether any preparation is needed before installation.

How much do a site visit and quote cost?
Nothing. The site visit and the quote are free and put you under no obligation. We come over, take measurements and send you a clear price.
Do you work outside Ruse?
Yes. We are based in Ruse, but we carry out site visits and installations all over Bulgaria. Tell us where the property is and we'll arrange a day.
How long do manufacture and installation take?
It depends on the type and size of the system. We'll give you the exact timescale in the quote, once we know the measurements and materials.
Can I choose the colour of the profiles?
Yes. Anthracite, black and white are the most popular, but other colours are available too. We'll show you samples during the site visit.
What is the difference between a winter garden and a summer garden?
A winter garden is an enclosed, glazed room you can use all year round. A summer garden is a lighter structure that protects you from sun and rain and can often be opened up completely.
Do you also work for businesses, restaurants and hotels?
Yes. As well as homes, we make verandas, pergolas, sliding systems, windows and doors for restaurants, cafés, shops and offices.
Do I need planning permission for a pergola or winter garden?
It depends on the size, the type of structure and the municipality. We recommend checking with your local municipality beforehand. During the site visit we'll tell you what we know from experience.
How is the site visit arranged and what happens during it?
Call or message us and we'll agree a day and time that suits you. On site we take the measurements, look at the façade and the base and talk through what you want. If you have photos or a sketch, send them beforehand so we arrive better prepared.
What does the quote contain?
A description of the structure with dimensions, materials, colour and the type of roof or glass, the extras you asked for, the price including installation and the timescale for manufacture and installation. If anything is unclear, ask and we'll explain.
Do I need to prepare anything on site before installation?
It depends on the structure. A winter garden, pergola or carport needs a level, solid base, and motorised louvres or screens need a power supply nearby. At the site visit we'll tell you exactly what is needed so it's ready when we come to install.
Can the structure be fitted with sliding glass or ZIP screens later on?
Yes. A veranda or pergola can stay open now and be enclosed later. Mention it at the site visit so we can allow for the profiles and fixings.
Do you do repairs, or only new installations?
We make and install our own systems. If a structure we installed later needs adjusting or adding to, we come back. For a structure made by someone else, ask us and we'll tell you honestly whether we can help.
